In With the Old, Out With the New...Or Something Like That

I would like to take a moment and share with yall a deep dark secret of mine. Seeing as how I work for Starbucks, I would like for you to not think any less of my secret, try to embrace it, with the little coffee pot that could. And did, for 3 years. Good bye for now my little Proctor-Silex:( Weird as it may seem I am sad to see it go. Although it is a poor pathetic excuse for a coffee maker nowadays, I think it was AWESOME! It has sentimental value that can never be replaced. (Adam and I won it at Dave and Buster's when we moved to Nashville in 2008). Bye bye PS, rest easy in the cabinet under my kitchen sink...:) (You didn't think I was going to throw it away did you???)

Meet Mr. Coffee!!! He has a clock!!!!!!:)

Happy Birthday Kakers and Juj!!!

Ok, I know I am a little late but July is a busy, busy, BUSY month!!! We have three birthdays! Mine and Kakers on the 7th and Juj's on the 27th. My little girls are growing up so fast! Kakes just turned 5 and Juj just turned 7! Where is the time going!?!?

To my Juj, You are the best Juju I could ever ask for! You are growing up to be a fine young lady. You are full of personality, giggles and sassy-ness:) I love how you are such a big helper to me and can make me laugh with just a simple giggle or smile. Keep doing what you know to be right. I am so proud to call you my sweet 7 year old daughter:) Love you:)

To my Kakers, Even though you are now my "middle child", you will always and forever be my baby girl. You are growing up to be a beautiful young lady. You always find a way to make me smile and laugh with just the tiniest squeak of your voice:) Which can make it difficult to discipline you at times:) You are very smart and are going to be an AWESOME kindergartner! Love you:)

Alayna in Green Bean Land

Well it was looking sketchy at first, but Alayna loves her green beans now! And Katelynn didn't believe me when I told her they were real.:) Silly girl!

Better Late Than Never

Well, here I go...again. This is attempt 2 at this whole blogging thing. New motto, 2nd time's a charm?? My main reasoning behind this is to share/document all the crazy and yet new things going on in life. With my husband and three daughters by my side here in Tennessee and the rest of our family in Kansas, it just made sense.

"The Bottomless Hamper" came to me the other day while talking to my mom on the phone. I was complaining about the 10 million loads of laundry I had to do, even though I just did five the day before. I said it was a bottomless hamper, never ending. Always something in it; kind of like my life. So there you go.

Of course I must give credit where credit is due. My inspiration and stars of this blog; the love of my life, forever and ever, Adam; Julianna, my 7 year old actress in the making. She is so dramatic!:) Katelynn, my rambunctious 5 year old with an imagination and smile that gets me every time. And last but definitely not least, the current family favorite, Alayna. My 5 1/2 month old with a personality bigger than life itself! I love my family more than anything. So is there really anything better to write about?? I think not!
